For cards that offer an optional imprint on the front of the card, there is an additional set up charge of $25. Please allow one extra working day for both front and inside imprint.

Optional KwikSeal (self-sealing) envelopes are available with most cards as noted on each web page. Simply uncover the self-adhesive strip by peeling off the protective strip from the envelope flap and press closed. Your KwikSeal envelopes will come with the same color lining as shown with the Holiday Card you have chosen. When ordered at the same time as the cards, the extra charge is $3.50 per 25 KwikSeal envelopes. You may also order your KwikSeal envelopes printed with your return address.

Your copy will be imprinted with the verse, type style and ink color (unless otherwise indicated) as shown on the Holiday Card you have chosen. Please fill out all copy completely. (Please do not refer to a previous year's order, as we do not keep orders from prior years.) First line of the imprint will be in ALL CAPITALS (unless otherwise indicated). If more than one line of imprint is required, capitals and small letters (rather than all capitals) will be used for each additional line (unless otherwise indicated). Extra lines are FREE and must be centered under each other. If you want copy printed anywhere else on page 3 of the card, except as is sampled on the website, then the extra charge for this special set-up is $20.00. Examples of this are "Copy Flush Left", Copy Flush Right", Columns, Etc.

Your envelopes (including KwikSeal if available) may be imprinted with your return address on the back flap of the envelope. The address will be printed in capitals and small letters (unless otherwise indicated) in the same color ink or foil as shown on the Holiday Card that you have chosen. To determine the cost for envelope imprinting, please refer to the page with the Holiday Card you have chosen. Extra lines are FREE and must be centered under each other. If you want copy printed on the front of the envelope instead of the back flap, then the extra charge for this special set-up is $20.00.

Our standard ink colors are Red, Blue, Hunter, Brown, Black, Burgundy, Purple, Gold or Silver. Any card number starting with A, B or T (unless otherwise indicated) may have the ink color for both the verse and name imprint changed to one of our standard ink colors at no extra charge. Any card number starting with V may ONLY have the name imprint changed to one of our standard ink colors at no extra charge. (The verse color will stay as shown on the Holiday Card you have chosen.) If any non-standard ink color is desired, please supply the PMS color number ending in U. Your extra charge will be $60.00. Please allow 5 business days for PMS orders.

Our standard foil colors are Gold, Silver and Red. Any card number starting with F may have both the verse and name imprint stamped in gold or silver foil or printed in any one of our standard ink colors at no extra charge (unless otherwise indicated). Any card number starting with S may ONLY have the name imprint stamped in gold or silver foil or printed in any one of our standard foil colors at no extra charge (unless otherwise indicated.) The verse color will stay as shown on the Holiday Card you have chosen.

Shopping on this website provides you with a proof of your imprint copy shown with the verse and color of your choice. If an additional proof is desired, it will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you. Your proof will be displayed in a black and white block, showing the position of the imprint and the verse on the card. For 500 or more cards the proof is FREE. For orders less than 500 cards your extra charge is $20.00. Your proof will be emailed, faxed or mailed within 3 business days of receipt of the "complete" order by Birchcraft. (Printed PMS or printed two-color proofs on actual cards, your extra charge is $70.00. Allow 5 business days plus mailing time for these proofs.) We reserve the right to email or FAX no-charge proofs whenever we need to clarify copy, size of logo, position or any other extraordinary work. Custom verses will always be proofed at no charge. Second or additional proofs on an order will take one additional business day for each new proof. All international orders will be proofed at no charge.

Your logo, artwork or other custom work can be printed if you provide us with correctly sized clean black and white art (artwork cannot be in color when you send it to us). The extra charge for one color printing and the use of artwork is $35.00 plus the printed price for cards and $35.00 for envelopes plus the cost of envelope printing. One color printing meaning the verse and artwork are to be the same ink color. On cards shown with a foil stamped name, the extra charge to STAMP logos, artwork or other custom imprint is $60.00 per stamping die. (No charge proofs may be done at our discretion to clarify size and position.) Call for a quote on custom foil orders that are not shown with foil stamping on name. Please allow extra processing time for artwork orders. One or more of the following extra charges may apply.

If your order calls for a special verse, instead of any of the verses sampled, the charge is $35.00 per order plus the printed price of the card. Any card number starting with A, B or T may have custom verses. For card numbers starting with an F, the charge is $135.00. Custom verses will always be proofed at no extra charge.
