1. How do I use the email addresses in my address book?

You have to enter an email address one at a time. You cannot import a group from your address book, but you can cut and paste one at a time.

2. What if my customer can't receive this formatted email?

The email program will know whether you customer is able to receive formatted email. If not, they will receive the same message in straight text.

3. How do I change the email text? I'd like to add a paragraph.

You can edit the subject of your email but you cannot edit the text.

4. I don't know my customer's email address.

If you don't know your customer's email address, you can send an email to yourself and print out copies to mail or hand out.
