Q. Do I need to create an account to order on the website?
A. You do not need to create an account to order on our site. You may check out without an account by clicking “Guest checkout”. However there are great benefits to creating an account such as ability to see past orders, saves your billing and shipping information and you may access your saved items from any computer.
Q. What is the minimum amount of cards I can order?
A. You may order as few as 25 cards. Our cards have to be ordered in increments of 25. (25,50,75,100, etc.)
Q. Can I order a sample?
A. Yes. You can choose up to 3 of your favorite designs and we will have them sent to you absolutely free of charge. Samples are blank on the inside and are sent via First Class Mail to the US address of your choice.
Q. Do I have to use one of your preselected verses for my cards?
A. No. Most Cards are available with an option to create your own verse. You may enter your own wording and choose your font, color and spacing and see it as you set it!
Q. Is it possible to see how my cards will look before I place my order?
A. For most orders, you may download a proof of your card and /or envelope prior to submitting your order. For orders with artwork, you may request to have a proof emailed to you after the order has been submitted.
Q. Is it possible to have the verse in one color and my family name in another color?
A. Yes. The website will provide you with choices for our standard colors and the charges for printing in 2 color. If a non-standard color is desired, provide us with the PMS color code and we will match it. (see the site for additional charges) Our Standard PMS colors are: Red (185U), Blue (Reflex Blue), Gold (871U), Silver (877U), Hunter Green (349U), Burgundy (208U), Brown (483U) and Purple (2665U).
Q. What kind of files do you accept for artwork?
A. We only accept artwork files in the following formats: TIF - Tagged Image File (Preferred), ZIP - WinZip (Preferred), SIT - Stuff-It, INDD - Adobe InDesign, AI - Adobe Illustrator, PSD - Adobe Photoshop, EPS - Encapsulated PostScript, PDF, JPG Images. Maximum file size allowed is 5MB.
Q. What kind of file is best to use for my photo?
A. For best results use a high-resolution photo. Typically files that are larger than 500kb print best. You can upload .JPG and.TIF. Please note that any reproduction of photographs, designs or artwork requires written permission from the original author. The author (such as a photographer, artist or designer) retains the right to the work. Physical possession or ownership of a copy of the original work does not give the possessor the right to reproduce the work without the written permission of the author.
Q. What is a Flat card?
A. Simply put, a flat card does not fold at all and has images on the front and back (sort of like a post card). It’s one of the newest & hottest trends in the industry!
Q. I want to hand sign my cards. May I order them without my name printed on them?
A. Yes. Simply choose the verse only layout and there will be nothing printed under your verse.
Q. Can I have my company logo as well as my employees’ signatures on my cards?
A. Yes. This is possible. Please contact one of our top notch customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give them the card number, verse number wanted, attach your logo and we will have a template emailed to you for your employees to sign. Please email or call 844-MY LIFE4 for more details.
Q. Do the cards come with envelopes?
A. Yes. All of our cards come with a blank envelope. Most cards come with a colored foil liner as the default envelope at no additional charge (silver, gold or red) or are available with no liner at all. You will see the envelope options for your card in the ordering process. Choosing your preferred envelope is a simple click!
Q. What are KwikSeal envelopes?
A. KwikSeal envelopes are self-sealing envelopes. KwikSeal makes mailing your cards fast and easy! No need for moisture or glue sticks. Simply peel the paper covering off of the adhesive strip and close.
Q. Can I have my return address printed on my envelopes?
A. Absolutely!! Most of our orders have this special touch added. You may choose the font and ink color to coordinate with your cards making a beautiful presentation. By adding your return address to your envelope back flaps you are ensured to get non-deliverable cards back. While you are on the envelope page, be sure to see our selection of envelope seals to add that “little something extra” and you will stand out from the rest!
Q. Can I have the fronts of my envelopes printed with the recipient’s address?
A. For only $1.00 per envelope, you may have your recipients addresses printed on your envelopes. You must use our spreadsheet that you can download from the envelope ordering page. We must have your order and completed addressing file no later than December 10th for Holiday card orders.
Q. Can I order just a few extra envelopes incase I make a mistake addressing them?
A. You may order as few as 1 EXTRA envelope up to the quantity of the order. All the information you need is on the envelope ordering page!
Q. Once I submit an order how quickly can I have the order at my home or business?
A. Most orders ship in 2-5 business days.
